Marriott Convention Center booking Marriott Convention Center rent, price, details. ম্যারিয়ট কনভেনশন সেন্টার Dhanmondi, Mirpur Road, Dhaka 1205.

The hall rent is free (Which includes Decoration, Cleaning, Waiter, etc) if you order food from them. You don’t even have to pay any other charges. (Minimum 500 People)

If you have less than 500 People (EX: 200 – 300) then you will have to pay some extra even if you take food from them. (Go talk with them)

You have to pay 50,000TK Advance to confirm a book date. (Have to make full payment 7 days before the program)

The Shift rent is for 6 Hour Only but for extra hours you need to pay 12,000TK/Hour (3 Hours MAX)

You do have the option to have your own food but in that case:

1. You will have to pay the hall rent of 1,20,000TK for Morning Shift (10AM – 4PM) OR 1,40,000TK for Night Shift (6PM – 12AM).

2. 15% VAT

3. 80TK/Person Service Charge (For Decoration, Cleaning, Waiter, etc)

4. If you cook here then you will have to pay the gas bill of 15000TK.

5. Food VAT.

For heavy electrical equipment usage:

You will have to pay 10,000TK & more 10,000TK which they will return you latter.

Booking cancellation fees:

A. If 45 days before the program then 25%

B. If 31-44 days before the program then 50%

C. If 15-30 days before the program then 80%

D. If 14 days before the program then you can’t cancel the booking but will have to pay the full hall rent.
